I lock myself out?
If you forget your key in the room or flat and close the door, then, unfortunately, you have locked yourself out. If this happens while somebody is in the office or if the cleaning lady is around, then we can open the door for you. The flat or even house entrance door can be unlocked by your flat mates as well.
However, if we are not in the dorm (for example at night or on the weekend), you have to wait until the office is open again because the dorm representatives decided to not have a locksmith service for this dorm.
I want to report a damage in the flat?
If something gets broken, please submit a damage report via our homepage:

You received the access data for your private area on our website immediately after you registered with us. After logging in, select your contract under “Contracts” and click on the links below on “Damage report”. Then all you have to do is to fill out the form online and send it. The dorm manager or a technician will see to it soon.
I lose my key?
Please contact the dorm manager during the day on working days only. You will then get a replacement key from the dorm manager and the costs for this new key will be billed to you within the next few working days.
there’s a blackout?
If the electricity is off, you can switch on the fuse yourself in the fuse box in your flat.
However, please unplug all devices that are currently in use beforehand, as one of them may be broken and therefore be the cause of the power failure.
If you know which device is broken, you can dispose it.

I want to organise a party?
Please get in contact with your dorm admin and keep the current measures in mind.
I want to hand in a document but the dorm manager is not present?
You can find the mailbox of the dorm manager in the staircase of Erzherzog Eugen Straße 39. There you can put in all documents (also before checkout) and also the keys when moving out if you are unable to hand them over personally.
I want to receive letters or packages?
Please note that letters and packages with an insufficient or incomplete address are returned to the sender. In order to receive every letter and every package, you have to make sure that your flat number is included in the address!
